NICK
Nick’s journey to Trenches started two decades ago, with Libertines, Babyshambles, Courteeners & Indie boom inspired songs he wrote on Acoustic, a lot of which he never thought would see the light of day. Now they’ve evolved into full band tracks.
Vocals/Rhythm Guitar
ANDY
Andy joined Trenches in 2018, having not picked up the sticks since his metal band days in the late 2000s. Heavily influenced by metalcore, drum & bass & house, he’s calmed in his old age to bring the alt element to the band. He’s still refusing to bring the “paintbrushes” down.

MATT
Matt entered the picture in late 2025, having previously played in bands with Andy years earlier. Equally inspired by metal and rock but with strong blues influences, Matt is providing the seasoning to the songs formed as band songs by Nick & Andy.
